How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to deliver all items within 3-5 working days, but this isn't always guaranteed. Custom built products may take a little longer depending on quantity and complexity.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes - orders over £200 qualify for free delivery. Standard delivery fees apply for smaller orders.
Are your products compatible with my vehicle?
Many of our products are designed for HGV and commercial vehicles, but compatibility depends on make, model and set up. If you're unsure, send us details and we'll confirm any requirements needed.
My system isn't working as expected - What should I do?
Start by checking connections, fuses and power supply. If it still doesn't work, contact us with your order, photos and a description of the issue and we will try and help.
